*Travel to / from Barcelona:

You will fly into El Prat Barcelona Airport, code is BCN.

-Taxi is the easiest way to get into the city, its about a 25 minute ride

-Uber is not popular in Barcelona but there is an app called FreeNow and another called Cabify

-Taxis are plentiful with stops all over the city. Look for the signs and down on the street and you will see the large markings in yellow/white where they pull in to pick you up

 

*Travel beyond Barcelona

Barcelona is a great city to use as your homebase. From here you can do some incredible day trips or longer stays. Our suggestions are Sitges, Costa Brava (Calella, Palamós, Begur), Montserrat, Cadaqués and Port Lligat.
